Give Barbarian an additional amounts of rounds for the duration of their Barbarian Rage, baseline and not as another feat they'd have to pick up.
Extra rounds should scale with the base modifier of one of their ability scores. I'd suggest CON for this, as it fits the theme of the class and the Barbarian Rage itself.
Example: Barbarian has 16 hard Constitution? Barbarian Rage duration is now 5 rounds flat + 3 from CON for a total of 8 rounds.
Why?
Barbarian is the one prime example of a class that takes forever to really start getting good / interesting.
Meanwhile TDN has made sure that all other classes have buttons to press and things to do. Fighter is the prime example of this.
And yes, while this could definitely push late-game Barbarian (by that I mean beyond level 11) into being even stronger than they arguably already would be right now, this would tremendously assist them in their frankly speaking abysmal lower levels.
