Cantrip Redesign - Class Features

With cantrips being redesigned to no longer be unlimited, several class features - notably the Wizard Evoker's 3% chance of regaining a spell slot on casting them - are essentially non-functional.

Are there plans to update these features to reflect the new design?

Cantrips will still be infinite, but spamming them won't be as much of a thing, essentially.
