Remove Energy Resistance 3 (for the third type) from Favored Soul entirely.
Alternatively: Change all instances of Energy Resistance from a flat DR to a % immunity.
Why?
Favored Soul stands to be, on paper, the arguably strongest class on TDN.
It would take less time to list what Favored Soul does not have than to go into all the things that make it so good.
The one thing this class doesn't need on top of everything else is free access to up to 3 different types of flat elemental damage reductions as it goes up in levels.
Mind you, they are not getting the usual 5/- DR against a specific element that the freely available version of this feat grants. They get double, a whopping 10.
Favored Soul can be twice as resistant at fending off specific element types than a Palestone Knight, the dedicated anti-magic PrC.
This will quite literally negate spells that hit with multiple instances of elemental damage entirely, even higher level ones.
