Hey TDN Community -
What a busy five days its been since launch! The amount of interest and time spent in TDN is truly something to behold (595 unique accounts), and we appreciate everyone's time spent in TDN. We have quite literally been server-capped 24/7 since we launched. As you've probably seen, we're dealing with a number of issues that have been swamping both myself (Aschent_) as well as the rest of the staff as we work at a pretty blistering pace to try to keep up, and to be transparent, we're struggling to keep pace with the issues vs supporting players. We need to ensure that we protect the sanity of our team, so in the interest of that and also removing folks from waiting on a particular support issue, we need to bring TDN down for a several days for some key fixes as well as to give the staff a breather.
When does TDN go offline: May 23, 11pm PDT.
When does TDN come back? May 31, 10am PDT.
Some add'l notes:
Thank you all for the patience and we'll see you soon!

Some add'l notes:
- Your characters will be unaffected (outside of potential fixes being outapplied upon logging once we're back).
- Murann and surrounding areas will get a big polish and bug-fix pass.
- We are going to re-evaluate how DMs approach the game and how we handle support. Live/immediate solves we've been good at, however jumping from issue to issue has a tax on the individual and also on their ability to DM.
- TDN isn't going anywhere, we just need to stabilize and give the staff a brief reprieve.
- We don't anticipate extended downtimes like this often. Right now there are a number of things that don't meet our quality bar and we're going to spend time improving them. (Most of these being big player-impact issues like Grim Wound recurrences, area/content regressions, etc.)
Thank you all for the patience and we'll see you soon!
