As it stands currently I find it a bit confusing to know when were the notices posted or the order. I am only aware (vaguely) of said order because my character posted the first notice in-game. I will suggest that new messages go on top, and from there it goes in descending order. Alternatively, if the messages had a date added to them automatically that would also be of great assistance.
