Hi! Hello!

This is a fairly simple suggestion to make CHA more impactful for paladins' abilities.
Currently, Charisma affects only Vows, Turn Undead, and saving throws, which is great and almost vanilla. So, I suggest the following:

Charisma should increase the duration of all Oath abilities, similar to how it works for Vows.

Example:
Sword of Righteousness: The paladin's weapon gains +1 on attack rolls against evil creatures, and an additional 1d4 divine damage against evil creatures. This ability may be used once every 7 minutes. These bonuses increase to 1d4 + 1 divine damage, and its cooldown decreases to 6 minutes at level 8; to +2 on attack rolls, 1d4 + 2 divine damage, and its cooldown decreases to 5 minutes at level 12; and to 1d4 + 3 damage, and its cooldown decreases to 4 minutes at level 16. Duration is 4 rounds + CHA modifier rounds.
Second suggestion it is add Charisma for reduction of cooldowns for abilitites.
Example:

Sword of Righteousness: The paladin's weapon gains +1 on attack rolls against evil creatures, and an additional 1d4 divine damage against evil creatures. This ability may be used once every 7 minutes minus CHA modifier. These bonuses increase to 1d4 + 1 divine damage, and its cooldown decreases to 6 minutes minus CHA modifier at level 8; to +2 on attack rolls, 1d4 + 2 divine damage, and its cooldown decreases to 5 minutes minus CHA modifier at level 12; and to 1d4 + 3 damage, and its cooldown decreases to 4 minutes minus CHA modifier at level 16. Duration is 4 rounds + CHA modifier rounds.
Why is this a good for game?
It makes the class more MAD, preventing high-STR paladins with only 8 Charisma and encouraging characters to invest in different stats.
The suggested approach of reducing cooldowns based on a secondary stat can be applied to other classes as well. For example, Charisma or Wisdom could affect the cooldowns of barbarian abilities.

Agree with this change. There are similar classes (Warden, Divine Champion) that use CHA secondarily and have their durations extended by their CHA modifier.
