Rogue has always been one of the most nebulous classes. What it is to be a paladin or a warlock is fairly defined - both narratively and insofar as the kit is designed - but a class like rogue really allows for a depth and nuance that is limited only by the mechanics of what the character is capable of. Presently, if you want a viable character with respectable AB and AC, this means you're a lightly-armored dex or strength-focused character.
With the current level cap being set to 8, it'd be really nice if Rogue got its second bonus feat moved from 9 to 8. Presently there is extremely low marginal benefit to the 8th rogue level, and dipping at this point would produce an objectively superior (mechanical) character to what a pureclassed 8 Rogue would provide. This change provides a nice capstone for pure rogues.
Furthermore, several additional rogue bonus feats would allow more "types" of characters to feel represented under the umbrella term of what a "Rogue" is - which NWN has never really properly incorporated.
Trapper's Toolbelt - Grants Skill Focuses in Search, Craft Trap, Handle Trap (Set/Disable).
Diplomastery - Grants Skill Focuses in Barter, Diplomacy, Bluff, Sense Motive, Intimidate, Taunt.
Fake It (Pre-requisite 12 CHA) - Unlocks Use Magic Device as a class skill
Learned Hand (Archery and Melee) - Grants intelligence-modifier scaling AB for the selected weapon type. Disabled for characters with any spellcasting capability
Improved Skill Focus - Increases the effect of Skill Focus feats from +3 to +5.
Learned Hand allows skill monkey INT rogues to compete in AB while not outshining the conventional Dexterity-centric builds (lower AC, stealth, tumble, specialization in range or melee vs proficiency at both) in many key aspects of Roguery, and opens up a lot of builds.
Fake It makes Charisma a serious consideration for rogues, requiring them to trade carry weight, AC/AB, HP, or skill points for a massive increase in options. It also substantially increases the potential for UMD-generating characters to receive value from their feat-investment.
