Name: Silath |

What is known in Y'tellaren: |
Silath arrived to Tethir two hundred years ago and to Y'tellarien a little bit over a century after that, around when the Cir'thowe did. He travels often, between places where the Tel'Quessir gather and the human cities where they are not often seen with kind eyes. He is seemingly either glib of tongue enough or possessing of enough skill that he hasn't found himself in a situation with no way out yet. During his time with the Eneyri he has been known as a toymaker, as an artist, and as a bard: Both in terms of music and in terms of stories. Bringing tales and stories from far away and turning local tales into song. He is a sagacious dancer and seemingly a jester at heart, mercurial in ways that would have one pin him as one of Erevan Ilsere's own. He is not by any stretch of the imagination "new". Though his frequent travels on the other hand, open up the possibility of his presence not coinciding with another's for long enough that it could be a surprise to them. |

Songs in the shade
|
In his many years Silath as composed many songs and tales, as well as turned events, feats and situations into the same format. It is likely among the elves that some could have heard of his songs or poetry, either first hand or second hand. In here, many such creations will be compiled. Forest Friend Our forest friend The treant Came bearing gifts To the Circle of the Elements In the Wealdath The Unspoiled Lands, the elvenwood so grand With silver frog brooch for Aen'garael in hand A spider made of brass One leg missing for Ar'Belath A bracelet made of leaves and flowers A token for Val An Ocarina for Silvaine A sweet melody to play A wolf figurine made of granite For Kaylee to display And nothing for Silath But the words he gave to say "Azhir mudas ethanul" Whispered in the wind's sway Our forest friend Please visit us again anytime With your gifts and wisdom A mystical rhyme |

The Near Quest
|
In his many years Silath as composed many songs and tales, as well as turned events, feats and situations into the same format. It is likely among the elves that some could have heard of his songs or poetry, either first hand or second hand. In here, many such creations will be compiled. The Near Quest They traveled east, a quest of great fame An elf of legend, we shall not name Owl and owl's friend fallen, in a hole they fell Alone in the caves, a story to tell Further east they ventured, attacked by flocks. Mythrias' axe swinging, unlocking the locks. A little known fact: Mythrias' skills untold! A warrior's heart, and a locksmith bold! So be it that they came find In the Unspoiled Woods, bugbears stood tall And two were felled, unable to forestall Ancient ruins, half-covered by time. Storms growing fierce, nature's wrath to climb. Deep within these ancient walls A hidden secret, lost to all As the storm rages on, they press ahead Through darkness and danger, no fear to tread! Goblins surround them, trying to bring them down! But they stand united, they won't be bound! Foul animated hand, it tries to choke their soul! But they fight back, they're in control! Lost beneath the ruins, they search for the light In the depths of the darkness, they'll find their might Undead creatures, with a thirst for their demise But they won't surrender, they'll stand even in the dark In the depths of darkness, their numbers grew. Ambushes from behind, a treacherous brew! Un-enchanted weapons, futile in their strike. For their kind was immune, their strength alike! Amidst the chaos, fire's burning blaze. The mighty flame, the enemy's craze! Vaeril's leadership, their guiding light In the thick of battle, they held their might! Now at long last, in shadows deep, a path unfurls Nerithise advances, despite those curs She slip inside this ancient world, a fallen passageway so tight Only she can see the light. |
Kudos to Winterflame and Shadowspinner for the original design, and to Serah whose code it was that I used to make this!
